I can recall the first time I saw a Lakers game; itwas one of the
most memorable moments of my life. Iwas so magnetically attached to the
television that noone was able to pull me away. I wasn't thrown
aroundpop corn or anything, but I felt my energy all focusedon the game,
just like the motto says" I Love thisgame."

I began to watch the Lakers
games in 1996,after I moved to California from Syria, Middle East. From
that day, I knew that I could never again bypassa Lakers game; they became a
huge part of my life. Iwas anxious to see a game at the Staple Center.
Withthat in mind, I began building dreams to being up andclose in person
to the magnificent players, those verysame dreams remain in my mind to this
particular day.

One day I was finally able to make that dream cometrue, I
attended my all time first game with mybrother and good friend, Armond. I
remember I tapedthe entire road trip over there. I spoke of it forweeks
after words to my costumers at the ramiphotos/lkrz. I wasso into the Lakers that I
began collecting everythingthat my hands could reach that had to do with
theteam. My conversations with people were at most timesabout the Lakers
and past games or about my feeling ofthe upcoming game. I was soon known to
my costumers asthe "Lakers Freak" or "Lakers Fan." Since then, Ihave
been a true Lakers fan, fallowing up on everylittle piece of information
there is about the teamand each team members own life. I am forever a
Lakersfan and support them at all times. I LOVE LA!!!!
